Following the invitation of the Director of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, Professor Ouyang Meihe, a lecture on the scientifically interesting topic “Sports Law, Lex Sportiva – Sports Jurisdiction” was successfully held online on 25-4-2025 by the Professor of Sports Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Honorary President of the International Association of Sports Law, Mr. Dimitrios Panagiotopoulos.
Specifically were developed some issues, as bellow:
- Sports Law theory
- Sports Law categories and International Sports Law
- Arbitral Jurisdiction in Sports Activities
- General Principles of Law in International Sports Activities and Lex Sportiva
- Meaning and Forms of Liability in Sporting action
- Sports Law Today: Personal and Economic Freedoms in Sport
