3nd International Conference on Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Multidisciplinary Applications [18-19 September]

The Robotics, Automatic Control and Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory of the National and Kapodistrian Univesity of Athens participates in the organization of the Springer 3nd International Conference on Frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Multidisciplinary Applications (FAIEMA 2025). The conference will take place on 18th t -19th September 2025 at Hotel Victoria, Stavanger, Norway.

The conference is organized by the University of Stavanger (Norway) in collaboration with the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens/Robotics, Automatic Control and Cyber-Physical Systems Laboratory of NKUA (Greece), the Universität Klagenfurt (Austria), University of Verona (Italy), Stavanger AI LAB (Norway), Western Norway University of Applied Science (Norway), Molde University College (Norway), Politecnico di Torino (Italy), Web Amazon Services και Public Cloud Group. The Technical Program Committee comprises faculty members and researchers originated from more than 20 universities/research centers.

FAIEMA 2025 is a response to the growing need among those working on artificial intelligence in academia, business and industry, and the public sector to explore opportunities in this constantly evolving field.

University of Athens

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which was inaugurated on May 3, 1837, was initially housed in a renovated Ottoman building on the northeastern side of the Acropolis. This building has since been restored and now functions as the University Museum. Originally named the "Othonian University," after Otto, the first king of Greece, it consisted of four academic departments and 52 students. As the first university of the newly established Greek state, as well as of the broader Balkan and Mediterranean region, it assumed an important socio-historical role, which was pivotal in the development of specific forms of knowledge and culture within the country.
