Resolution
Greek moral and political culture has always been guided and characterized by Humanism and Solidarity between Peoples.
Human pain transcends all rivalries, political differences or disagreements.
The Department of Turkish Studies and Modern Asian Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens expresses its undivided support to the suffering citizens of the earthquake-stricken areas of Turkey and Syria.
We express our sincere condolences and deepest sorrow at the terrible and most painful blow dealt to the Peoples of Turkey and Syria due to the unprecedented earthquake and commit ourselves wholeheartedly to healing the severe wounds it inflicted.
The session has ended for security reasons.
