The Rector of NKUA Professor Athanasios-Meletios Dimopoulos welcomed on Friday 28/4/2023 a delegation from the Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA) in France to explore establishing a strategic partnership between the two Universities. On behalf of UCA, Marie-Elisabeth Baudoin, Vice-President in charge of International and European Strategy and Professor of Public Law, Professor Pierre Mathieu, Director of the Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Christine Bertrand, Director of the Institute of Law, Economy and Management, Professor Geraldine Rix Lièvre, Academic Coordinator of the master programme “The digital revolution through the lens of Social and Human Sciences”, and Emeritus Professor Georgiana Wierre-Gore, one of the founders of the EMJMD “Choreomundus-International Master in Dance Knowledge, Practice, and Heritage” visited NKUA. In the meeting Professor Konstantinos Karteroliotis, Dean of the School of Physical Education and Sport Science (SPESS), Professor Konstantinos Christodoulou, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Maria Koutsouba and Associate Professor Ioannis Giosos of SPESS, participated as well, while the delegation also met with Professor Achilleas Chaldaiakis, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy.
